Ifm, Istanbul Fair Center is located in Yeşilköy and I follow the fairs in Istanbul, Ifm, Istanbul Fair Center as a fair guide in Turkey. Istanbul is an axis of the exhibitions regarding its location. Ifm is one of the successful trade fair organizator and hosts more than 100 shows in every year. It is also very close to the Istanbul World Trade Center. I also took part in several international trade fairs here as a freelance interpreter for many Italian companies. Ifm spots on the mark in specific business lines. Additionally, its location provides an opportunity to stay in old city center for the wholesaler in Istanbul.
Where to Stay in Istanbul Fair Center?
As I’ve mentioned above, thanks to the location of Ifm, it gives flexibility to choose the hotel at the old city center. If you stay in the center you will have a chance to do anything you need such as exchange office, sightseeing, restaurants, business meetings. Your customers or companies you are dealing can take you easily from your hotel. Firstly, I will advice three hotels which are close to metro station and fair area.
How to Go to the Istanbul Fair Center?
You can reach the fair area by metro easily. You will use M1A metro line, Yenikapı- Atatürk Airport direction, take off in World Trade Center/ Istanbul Expo Center. If you are staying in old town area, you will get off in Yenikapı or Aksaray station. The duration is maximum 40 minutes but there is no any traffic problem. If you take a taxi, you can arrive in 20 minutes depends on heavy traffic conditions.
